Many televangelists have justifiably earned a bad name for the way they spiritually blackmail people into "giving generously" to God. And the protestants that I work with keep on coming back with the same old story of, "but catholics and all of their selling of indugences...". I have found quit the opposite in my research and in my being a new catholic. That was a mistake long ago dealt with by the church, and now is gone. And the absolute nerve of other religions to flaunt their own riches as pastors and still have the nerve to ask for more. I guess looking at their houses and what they drive and all the outward signs, we sure know where the money goes to. I have been very blessed by how the catholic church spends money that comes to them. I know no one is perfect, but the catholic church on average is a very good steward of the Lord's money....amen!ADBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15896988305843469801noreply@blogger.com
